The COVID-19 pandemic has introduced uncertainty into major aspects of national and global society ,including for schools. For example:how long the school remain closed .

The COVID-19 pandemic is wreaking unprecedented havoc on the lives of millions creating devastating impact on children, families and communities around the world. This writing focuses on how the pandemic impact on children's education?
Where they are able ,schools are pivoting towards distance learning solution, where that is not possible the academic year has effectively halted.

After the months of lockdown ,schools remain open.About some percentages of completion of course again new variant of COVID has originated and spreads. All the school remain closed second time.

Disruption to education disproportionately affects the most vulnerable children those who living in poverty, girls, children with disabilities ,refugees and internally displaced person. Morever the spread of COVID-19 presents unique threats to children and families who have little or no access to social protection and may be living in high density urban slums, informal settlements or crowded refugee camps.sima pandey.jpeg

At these most vulnerable children are least likely to have access to alternative education, there will be worsening inequality between those with access to online distance learning and parents better prepared for home schooling and those without any access to remote learning can't continue their studies .While out of school children become more vulnerable to engaging in unsafe practice and negative activities .

School closure will leave them increasingly exposed to violence ,neglect, abuse and exploitation. In  this situation parents need to pay more attention to their children .They should take it as an oppertunity of staying together with their children,Keeping them close, talking to them, engaging them in indoor activities in the kitchen and garden.Children should be given an environment where they feel comfortable rather than constricted,Children often react quickly and may show aggressive behaviour.

Parents must find ways to keep them calm in positive way. Engage them in Meditation, exercise and doing yoga reading positive news articles and stories really helps to reduce stress and anxiousness and also increases positive vibes in an individual.

Not only the children but young people and adults are also seem to be distracted from this crisis  Covid-19. Some are suffered from psychological stress and disorder, including low mood, insomnia, stress, anxiety, anger, irritability, emotional exhaustion, depression They are having the feeling of fear of dealing with covid 19,  loneliness, depression, lack of routine, anxiety and distraction. On the other hand they are worry about social ,economic crisis generated by this pandemic situation. As a result some of the people take the very cruel decision of  suicide.sima pandey.jpeg

It’s essential to make your health a priority during this time. The critical self-care activities are sleep, physical exercise and a healthy diet. Find ways to address forms of stress, such as meditation, yoga, going for walks or calling a loved one. Maintaining a sense of normality and routine can also reduce stress. It can be especially helpful to practice mindfulness and try not think of the future or worst-case scenarios.

Stay connected with friends and family . Try to study the online resources which can make feel free from anxiety. Be positive, think positive and engage in the activities which can create positive vibes in us.
